Questions

Do I need an SEE?

Almost every development application in NSW needs one. Complying development (CDC) usually doesn't.

Will council approve my application?

Council decides, not us. Your SEE gives them what they need to assess it.

My block is bushfire prone or flood affected

The SEE addresses it, and we tell you if council will also want a specialist report.

Is the block check a planning certificate?

No. A section 10.7 certificate comes from council. The block check reads the same public maps, as published, and shows where every value comes from.
